We are lookingfora CRM Marketing Manager to join the National Theatre's Marketing team.
The CRM Marketing Manager is responsible for the delivery and optimisation of CRM strategies for National Theatre at Home, ensuring that the streaming platform continues to engage and cultivate audiences according to its business objectives, while remaining at the cutting edge of email marketing trends and best practices.
Working directly with the CRM Marketing platform, the individual will collaborate with teams from across Marketing and Digital departments to execute impactful audience-led lifecycle marketing that delivers against engagement and retention targets for National Theatre at Home.Supported by two CRM Marketing Coordinators, the role sits within the Brand team, which also includes the Website, Data and Insight, and Social Media teams, and works closely with the Digital department. The Brand team is a part of the Audiences & Marketing directorate, which also includes the Southbank Campaigns, Creative Studio, Press & Communications, and Internal Communications teams.
The successful candidates will have the following:
- Demonstrable experience of delivering target-driven CRM campaigns, ideally within the streaming and media sectors.
- Excellent CRM data analytical skills are essential to drive performance, inform decision-making and measure impact.
- A high level of initiative with collaborative and confident communication skills.
- Experience of working with email marketing software or CRM systems.
- Clear understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and user journeys, with proven experience of driving improvements in customer lifetime value.
