The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
It will be your job to deliver high quality and stimulating learning for students with Complex Learning Difficulties and Disabilities (CLDD) such as Autism, Multi-Sensory Impairments and/or Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). Multi-disciplinary work will be critical in your role so that you can ensure students maximise their learning, boosting their independence and wellbeing to prepare them for life after college.
A large part of your role will involve liaising with internal colleagues, external professionals and students’ families, as well as monitoring, recording and optimising the progress of learners. It goes without saying that you will be a first-class communicator, who is creative, proactive and forward-thinking with excellent organisational skills.
As a qualified teacher you will have experience of working with people with complex learning difficulties and disabilities such as ASC and/or profound and multiple learning difficulties or severe learning difficulties.
