About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic deputy retail manager to join our team based in Hereford as we expand our opening hours to include Sundays. Working closely with the retail manager, you will use your creativity, communication, and customer service skills to generate quality donated stock. You will understand merchandising, presenting clothing, homeware, and books to encourage maximum sales. You will also support the recruitment, training, and management of a diverse team of volunteers. The role involves working 7 hours on Sundays, with some flexibility to work additional days to cover absences, though this is not essential.
