About the role
Can you be a successful member of the National Star Retail Team? Our charity shops across Gloucestershire and Hereford are vital in supporting National Star’s aim to transform the lives of young people with disabilities.
We are looking for an enthusiastic charity shop Deputy Manager with strong retail experience to support the launch and ongoing running of our new charity shop in Tewkesbury. We have both full time and part time hours available (between 3 – 5 days per week which will include some weekend working).
Working closely with the retail manager, you will use your creativity, communication and customer service skills to generate quality donated stock. It’s likely that you will understand merchandising, presenting clothing, homeware and books in a way that will encourage maximum sales.
It also goes without saying that you will be confident in supporting the recruitment, training and management of a team of diverse volunteers.
