As a Lead Care and Support Worker, you will: Support students with their daily living and personal care needs.

Encourage independence and help students develop life skills such as cooking, laundry, budgeting, and community participation.

Enable students to pursue hobbies, interests, and personal aspirations.

Lead, mentor, and support a team of Care and Support Workers.

Work collaboratively to ensure high-quality, person-centred care and support.

Contribute to creating a positive, active, and engaging residential environment.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and leading others to do the same.

You will have: At least two years' experience in a care setting.

Experience supporting people with learning and/or physical disabilities.

A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Strong communication and leadership skills.

The ability to motivate others and champion best practice.

Internal applicants should currently be working as a Specialist or Advanced Facilitator and hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
