National Star is recruiting extra special people to join its committed team of bank care and support workers helping young people with complex disabilities to live life as independently as possible. You will need a strong background of previous care experience ideally supporting people with complex needs and a positive attitude toward the aspirations of young people with disabilities. It is also essential that you hold a level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care.
You will join our bank team on a zero hours contract and should be available both at short notice and to fill in for scheduled absences. You will need to be able to commit to a range of working shift patterns to include earlies (starting at 7 am) and lates (finishing at 10pm) and weekends for our residential unit as well as day times (8.00 am - 4.00 pm) at our college in Hereford.
