National Star at Malvern is looking for full‐time and part‐time Care and Support Workers to work in our supported living accommodation for adults with learning disabilities. The role focuses on delivering personalised, person‐centred care, helping residents develop their hobbies, interests and aspirations.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‐quality care to residents in a cosy, long‐term supported living setting.
- Assist residents with daily personal care, mobility and social activities.
- Support residents to maintain independence and pursue their interests.
- Work shifts: early shift 7am‐2pm; late shift 2pm‐9/9.30pm, with alternate weekends.
Requirements
- Female support staff only (for the intimate personal care needs of our residents).
- Experience or willingness to work with adults with learning disabilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Employment Details
- Contract: Permanent, Full‐time 37 hours per week or Part‐time 20‐36 hours per week.
- Pay: £12.99 per hour on weekdays; £16.24 per hour on weekends.
- Location: Malvern, Worcestershire.
