We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide a professional and confidential service to our Director of Learning and Support (Principal). This is a key role supporting senior leadership while also contributing to the smooth running of our Learning Programmes team.
You will be responsible for managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and events, and providing high-level administrative support. The role also involves handling sensitive information, managing shared inboxes and digital systems, supporting performance data reporting, and assisting with key processes across the department. You will work closely with staff, students and external stakeholders, and help organise college-wide events.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in a senior administrative or PA role, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Confidence using Microsoft Office and managing multiple priorities is essential. Experience within an education setting would be advantageous.
