We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Learning support professional to join our learning programmes team.

This is a key role, supporting learners with disabilities and/or learning difficulties to achieve their full potential.

We are looking for someone with experience and confident in working in a specialist education setting.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver specialist learning to support individuals and groups.
  • Support and mentor both staff and students.
  • Cover teaching when required.
  • Work with tutors’ managers and support teams to ensure the best outcome for learners.

Qualifications

  • Experience with delivering learning support.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills (level 2).
  • Strong communication, organisational and ICT skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
  • Working hours

Hours are typically 9‑16.45 weekdays, including one late finish until 19:45.
