Are you an experienced SEND professional with strong negotiation and case resolution skills?
We are seeking a SEND Placement Resolution Lead to join our Funding and Contracting Team.
This role will lead on complex placement and funding cases, working closely with local authorities, commissioners, families, carers and legal representatives to secure positive outcomes for young people with SEND.
The successful candidate will act as the senior escalation point for appeals, Tribunals and dispute resolution, while providing expert advice on SEND legislation and statutory processes.
Requirements
- Experience managing complex SEND casework.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of SEND legislation and statutory processes.
- Experience working within education, local authority, health or social care environments.
- Management experience and the ability to manage competing priorities.
