National Star in Cheltenham is seeking a Lead Care and Support Worker for Bradbury Gardens, our off-site residential provision. You will lead shifts, supervise staff, and deliver high-quality, person-centred care to young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
You will collaborate with therapists, clinicians, and education colleagues to support students at Bradbury Gardens and in the community, promoting independence and wellbeing while upholding National Star's values every day.
