Responsibilities

Working as an administration assistant at our Ullenwood site located outside of Cheltenham, you will be required to provide a professional and confidential administration service to the management team to enable them to maximise their effectiveness and efficiency. You will be supporting the residential team to ensure the office runs as efficiently as possible. A key part of the role will be answering the phones, taking messages and problem solving from calls that arise during the day. You will be asked to carry out administration duties such as typing, copying and any other day-to-day office tasks.

Qualifications

Previous administration experience within a busy environment is essential for this role as we need someone who can have an immediate impact. You will demonstrate highly developed organisation, planning and administration skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. You will need excellent communication skills, IT skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.

Working Hours

You will work part‑time 25 hours per week, 39 weeks of the year (term time). Working hours will be Monday/Tuesday/Friday 8am-2pm, Wednesday 10am-5pm.
