National Star Services is a 28-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a General Laborers for our location in Westminster, MA 01473.
- Job Responsibilities
- Assist drivers with covering flatbed trailers using heavy-duty tarps.
- Secure tarps using straps, chains, and bungee cords to ensure safe transport of loads.
- Perform physically demanding work in an outdoor environment.
- Inspect tarps and securement equipment for proper use.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assist with additional yard and labor duties as assigned.

We are looking for candidates who are available to start training immediately, with the permanent position beginning in Westminster, MA during the first week of September.
Please note that training will take place in Norwood, MA 02062 before you begin working at the Westminster location.

Additional Training Compensation
We understand that traveling to Norwood, MA for training may be a longer commute for some candidates.
To help compensate for the additional gas expenses during the training period, the company will provide an additional $50 gas compensation while you are completing training in Norwood.
Requirements
- Must provide two valid forms of identification (Photo ID & SSC).
- Being Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Steel-toe boots are required for safety.
- Reliable transportation is required (No public transportation is available near the job site).
- Must be comfortable commuting to Norwood, MA 02062 for approximately 2–3 weeks of training.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions year-round.
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, pulling, and securing heavy tarps.
- Willingness to undergo a Background Check & Drug Test is required.
- Must be available to begin training as soon as needed.
- Must be available to transition to the Westminster, MA 3rd shift schedule during the first week of September.
