We are looking for a Facilities Assistant to support the Property Team at our Salford office. The role ensures high standards of office facilities and provides first‑line support to visitors, staff, and volunteers.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, staff and volunteers to our Salford office.
  • Ensure visitors, staff and volunteers are greeted with a warm and efficient welcome.
  • Provide administrative support to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
