The Senior Product Officer will work in the Engagement and Fundraising directorate, responsible for all fundraising from individuals at the NSPCC. The Legacies and Products team sits within this directorate and is responsible for management and innovation across the products portfolio. Reporting to the Fundraising Manager – Products, this role will be responsible for overseeing the development, fulfilment and delivery of the NSPCC's new and existing fundraising products, helping us achieve the highest levels of engagement from both new and existing supporters.

The successful candidate will lead on the delivery of our Regular Giving programme, Online Shop, Weekly Lottery and Raffle, Pay Roll Giving scheme, Sponsor A Call, development of new fundraising products, and may work on other products as required.

What will I be doing as a Senior Product Officer?

  • You will work with the Fundraising Manager to ensure that our products are managed in accordance with best practice, that they meet the wants and needs of our core audiences and compete with commercial offerings in the wider sector.
  • All supporters engaging with our products have the best possible experience and go on to support the NSPCC in other ways.
  • Internal stakeholders have the information they need to effectively deliver our products, and have opportunities to offer their expertise in their development.
  • We are continuously using supporter insight to develop new fundraising products which create additional streams of income for the NSPCC.
