NSPCC is recruiting a Part-time Childline Twilight Practitioner in Glasgow to cover late and night shifts, supporting young people in need and guiding volunteers. You will lead safeguarding decisions during on-shift hours and provide coaching to volunteers while maintaining a high-quality service.
The role offers a 28-hour pattern with a hybrid rota across day, twilight and night shifts, including weekend work, and a 10.5% rota allowance on top of the basic salary.
