HYBRID ROLE! TRAVEL ACROSS THE M4 CORRIDOR Are you passionate about helping young people take their next steps into the world of work? I’m looking for someone confident, organised, and people focused travel to mainstream schools across the region, delivering engaging careers sessions and helping students access apprenticeships, work placements, and other early career opportunities with leading employers. What you’ll be doing: * Delivering in-person and virtual careers sessions in schools * Managing projects end-to-end with employer and school partners * Supporting students through sign-ups and application processes * Capturing data and feedback to report on impact * Working closely with internal teams across marketing, delivery, and employer engagement We’re looking for someone who: * Has 2–3+ years of experience in careers, youth work, events or project delivery * Is a confident communicator with students, teachers, and employers * Takes an organised, proactive approach to managing projects * Owns a car and is comfortable travelling around the M4 corridor This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people by helping them connect with the right opportunities at the right time
