About the Role:
Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive growth by promoting our funded and non-funded training products, software, and website solutions. As a Sales Executive you will manage inbound leads, make outbound calls, assess client training needs, and convert prospects into learners. This role is key to supporting both departmental and company-wide growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Delivery:
- Make daily outbound calls and respond to inbound leads promptly.
- Convert leads into learners and book appointments within 5 business days.
- Highlight their unique selling points and benefits.
- Cross-sell software and website solutions to existing clients.
- Research the market and feed back opportunities to Sales and Marketing.
- Build strong, trusted client relationships.
- Understand client needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Listen and respond to objections, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide guidance on courses and services before referral to Training Advisors.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate Training Advisor appointments.
- Report activity levels and manage follow-up communications.
- Ensure prompt response to client inquiries.
About You:
- Proven experience in solutions selling with a target-driven mindset.
- Confident, articulate, and excellent communicator.
- Self-motivated with strong organisation and attention to detail.
Additional Information:
- Role may require occasional work outside standard hours.
