We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Train Driver Assessor to support the development and assessment of apprentices within the rail industry. This role is primarily home-based, with occasional travel required for on-site assessments, standardisation meetings, and employer engagement. As the Train Driver Assessor you will play a key role in ensuring apprentices meet the required standards, combining industry expertise with strong coaching and assessment skills to support learner success and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end assessment of Train Driver apprentices against approved standards and qualifications
- Deliver high-quality coaching, mentoring, and feedback to support apprentice progress
