Apprenticeship Storage and Warehouse Tutor (Home based role – with ad-hoc travel to East of England)
Are you an experienced Apprenticeship Tutor with a background in warehousing? Do you enjoy supporting learners to achieve their qualifications and reach their potential?
Our client is looking for a motivated Warehouse Tutor/Assessor to deliver and assess the Level 2 Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship Standard, helping apprentices prepare for their end-point assessment. This is a home-based role, with travel to employer sites across the East of England.

- Salary: £28,325 – £36,048 per annum (pro-rata), depending on qualifications and experience
- Contract: 3 – 4 days per week
- Location: Home-based, with employer visits across the East of England (ad-hoc)
- Start date: ASAP
- Following a successful induction, remote working will be supported, with occasional site attendance required at your line manager\’s request
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of apprentices, ensuring they receive high-quality training, assessment, and support.
- Visit learners regularly in line with agreed Training Plans, providing additional support where needed.
- Carry out workplace observations and assessments to meet awarding body and funding requirements.
- Support learners to achieve their targets by guiding them through all elements of their programme and preparing them for end-point assessment.
- Accurately maintain learner records, ensuring evidence and documentation are complete, accessible, and audit-ready within agreed timescales.
- Provide engaging and constructive feedback to learners on their progress.
- Encourage and monitor the use of online resources for English and maths development.
- Adapt and develop learning materials to suit individual learner needs.
- Assist apprentices in building strong portfolios of evidence.
- Attend internal and external meetings as required.
