Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive growth by promoting our funded and non-funded training products, software, and website solutions. As a Sales Executive you will manage inbound leads, make outbound calls, assess client training needs, and convert prospects into learners. This role is key to supporting both departmental and company-wide growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Delivery: Make daily outbound calls and respond to inbound leads promptly. Convert leads into learners and book appointments within 5 business days. Highlight their unique selling points and benefits. Cross-sell software and website solutions to existing clients. Research the market and feed back opportunities to Sales and Marketing.
- Customer Service: Build strong, trusted client relationships. Understand client needs to provide tailored solutions. Listen and respond to objections, ensuring a positive customer experience. Provide guidance on courses and services before referral to Training Advisors.
- Administration: Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate Training Advisor appointments. Report activity levels and manage follow-up communications. Ensure prompt response to client inquiries.
About You:
- Proven experience in solutions selling with a target-driven mindset.
- Confident, articulate, and excellent communicator.
- Self-motivated with strong organisation and attention to detail.
