About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Tutor Quantity Surveying to deliver high-quality teaching, coaching, assessment and learner support for apprentices undertaking the Construction Quantity Surveying Technician Level 4 and/or Construction Site Supervisor Level 4 apprenticeship standards. The successful candidate will support apprentices throughout their learning journey from onboarding through to Gateway and End Point Assessment (EPA) ensuring they develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to successfully complete their apprenticeship. This is a varied role combining teaching, coaching, assessment, learner support and employer engagement, with delivery taking place primarily online alongside regular employer visits where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Learner Development
- Manage a caseload of apprentices throughout their apprenticeship.
- Act as the main point of contact for learners, employers and workplace mentors.
- Deliver engaging teaching, coaching and learning activities.
- Conduct regular one-to-one reviews, progress meetings and teaching sessions.
- Deliver high-quality online and blended learning across Construction and Quantity Surveying programmes.
- Assess learner work in line with awarding organisation and apprenticeship requirements.
- Employer Engagement
- Support employers in understanding apprenticeship requirements.
