What you'll do
- Apply service design methodologies to develop and improve user experiences.
- Conduct user research and create service maps, journey maps, and service blueprints to inform design decisions.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of service design principles and frameworks.
- Experience with human-centered design methodologies.
- Proficient in user research techniques and service mapping.
- Familiarity with design thinking, co-design, and participatory design approaches.
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices.
- Understanding of organizational change and digital transformation.
- Experience with continuous service improvement processes.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of tools and software commonly used in service design.
Skills & tools
