National Skills Agency is seeking a passionate Skills Coach to support apprentices across the UK in a fully remote role. You will deliver personalised 1:1 coaching, ensure learning is embedded in real-world practice, and collaborate with learners, employers and colleagues to drive meaningful growth and learning outcomes.
You will provide detailed feedback, manage e-portfolios, monitor progress with clear goals, facilitate workshops (virtual and in-person as needed), and contribute to continuous improvement.
