Job Title: Memberships Executive
Location: Southend
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
Purpose of Role
Our client is looking for a highly organised, proactive and personable Memberships Executive to join their team in Southend.
This is an important member-facing role, supporting both existing and prospective members, helping to ensure they receive an excellent experience at every touchpoint.
You will combine relationship management, customer service, administration and commercial awareness, helping members make the most of their membership while supporting the Client Relationship Manager to strengthen engagement, retention and membership growth.
The Memberships Executive will be someone who enjoys speaking to businesses, building relationships and getting things done. You will be confident following up with people, understanding what matters to them, identifying opportunities and connecting them with the right service, event, opportunity or colleague.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Member & Client Support
* Act as a first point of contact for existing and prospective members.
* Respond promptly and professionally to telephone, email and other member enquiries.
* Build positive, trusted relationships with members and prospective members.
* Proactively follow up with members to ensure they are receiving value from their membership.
* Gather member feedback and communicate insights to the wider team.
* Support member retention and engagement through regular communication and follow-up.
