Our client, one of the UK's leading apprenticeship providers, is on the lookout for an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Learning Coach who's ready to pass on their expertise and inspire the next generation. What You'll Be Doing:
- Hitting the road to coach apprentices in their workplaces
- Delivering high-quality Level 3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning training
- Managing your own caseload and driving learner progress
- Planning your own diary and working autonomously
- Capturing evidence, giving constructive feedback, and ensuring compliance
- Supporting learners to hit milestones and achieve their qualifications
This is a hands-on coaching role where no two days are the same.
What They Are Looking For:
- Extensive industry experience in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- A passion for mentoring and developing others
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- The ability to manage your time and workload effectively
Desirable (but not essential):
- TAQA, CAVA, A1 or D32/33 Assessor qualifications
- Experience with government-funded training
