We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to support our clients' client base within the End-Point Assessment (EPA) apprenticeship sector. This is a fully home-based role, requiring strong self-management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships remotely.
You will manage employer and training provider accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery while driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned employers and training providers
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through virtual engagement (video, phone, email)
- Conduct regular remote account reviews and performance meetings
- Provide expert guidance on EPA processes and best practice
- Liaise with internal EPA operations teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery
- Track apprentice progress through the EPA pipeline and keep clients informed
- Manage and resolve client queries or escalations efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of apprenticeship standards and EPA requirements
- Ensure all activity aligns with regulatory expectations
- Support clients in understanding compliance and funding considerations
