THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE, ACCEPTING APPLICANTS NATIONWIDE.
We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Level 7 Senior Leader / Management Tutor to deliver high-quality coaching, tutoring, and assessment to learners enrolled on Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship programmes. In this role, you will support aspiring and existing senior managers in developing the strategic, operational, and leadership skills they need to succeed at the highest levels. You will guide learners through their apprenticeship journey, aligning learning outcomes with real-world business challenges and preparing them for successful End Point Assessment (EPA).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored 1:1 coaching, tutoring, and mentoring to Level 7 Senior Leader apprentices.
- Support learners to develop skills in leadership, change management, strategy, finance, governance, and organisational performance.
- Prepare and support learners through the full apprenticeship journey, including portfolio development and EPA readiness.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and ensure learner engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate, compliant records of learner progress.
- Align learning with business strategy, workplace context, and apprenticeship standard requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and quality learner experience.
- Keep up to date with the Senior Leader apprenticeship standard, Ofsted, ESFA guidance, and EPA requirements.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in a senior leadership or management role, ideally with exposure to strategic decision-making.
- Previous experience tutoring, coaching, or assessing in apprenticeship delivery or adult education.
- Deep understanding of leadership principles, including strategic planning, stakeholder management, and performance improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
- Able to adapt approach to meet varied learner needs and learning styles.
- Highly organised with strong digital literacy and remote working capability.
- Familiarity with apprenticeship standards, especially at Level 5 or 7.
Desirable Qualifications
- Assessor qualification (e.g., CAVA, TAQA).
- Coaching or mentoring qualification.
- Management-related degree or professional qualifications (e.g., CMI, ILM).
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE).
