REMOTE ROLE, ACCEPTING APPLICANTS NATIONWIDE Location: Remote-based (with occasional national travel) Salary: From £34,000 + quarterly tax-free bonus Contract: 2 years fixed term The Role Are you an experienced leader ready to share your expertise and shape the future of leadership? If you’ve held senior leadership roles and have a passion for developing others, this could be your next exciting step. We’re looking for a dedicated professional to deliver Level 7 Leadership Apprenticeships. These programmes are non-sector specific, designed to develop strategic leaders across a range of industries. This is a home-based role, where you’ll manage your own diary, with occasional national travel to meet learners and colleagues. What You’ll Do * Deliver engaging, high-quality training for Level 7 Leadership apprenticeships, both face-to-face and online * Create tailored learning plans and provide one-to-one coaching to support learners’ professional growth * Assess and guide apprentices through their programme, ensuring they meet all requirements for successful completion * Build strong, supportive relationships with learners, maintaining engagement throughout their apprenticeship journey * Use digital tools to stay organised and manage your workload effectively What You’ll Bring * Proven leadership experience at a senior level * Experience delivering apprenticeships and holding a TAQA (or equivalent) qualification * A Level 7 Leadership qualification (e.g., CMI or equivalent) * Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others * Confidence using technology and managing your own diary * A full driving licence and access to a car for national travel What’s on Offer * Starting salary from £34,000 * Quarterly tax-free bonus (linked to company-wide performance) * 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off * Additional leave to cover Christmas shutdown * Buy/sell up to 5 extra leave days * Healthcare and wellbeing support (cash plan, hospital fast track, dental, GP access, counselling, and more) * Enhanced sick pay and life cover * Mileage and travel expenses reimbursed
