Location: Remote-based (with occasional national travel)

What You\’ll Do
- Deliver engaging, high-quality training for Level 7 Leadership apprenticeships, both face-to-face and online
- Create tailored learning plans and provide one-to-one coaching to support learners\’ professional growth
- Assess and guide apprentices through their programme, ensuring they meet all requirements for successful completion
- Build strong, supportive relationships with learners, maintaining engagement throughout their apprenticeship journey
- Use digital tools to stay organised and manage your workload effectively
What You\’ll Bring
- Proven leadership experience at a senior level
- Experience delivering apprenticeships and holding a TAQA (or equivalent) qualification
- A Level 7 Leadership qualification (e.g., CMI or equivalent)
- Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Confidence using technology and managing your own diary
- A full driving licence and access to a car for national travel
