They work in partnership with employers and further education colleges to provide relevant and valuable training to develop the next generation of professionals. Main Purpose of the Role The Lead Early Years Assessor has the main responsibility for the delivery of high-quality training and assessments within agreed timescales and to nationally recognised standards. The Lead Early Years Assessor will be responsible for monitoring Apprentice learning and progress throughout the programme, reporting progress in the agreed format and meeting all agreed reporting deadlines. The role provides growth, with the opportunity to progress into managing a small team.
