About the Role
As a Laboratory Technician Assessor, you will deliver high-quality workplace assessment and learner support to apprentices, ensuring excellent progression, achievement, and successful completion of apprenticeship programmes. The Laboratory Technician Assessor will work closely with learners, employers, tutors, and internal quality teams to deliver a consistent, engaging, and compliant learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct workplace competency assessments and provide developmental feedback to learners.
- Deliver learner inductions, initial assessments, and identify support needs.
- Support apprentices to build knowledge, skills, and behaviours throughout their programme.
- Monitor learner progress through e-portfolio.
