Hybrid with Travel to Client Centres Circa £30,000 DOE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the quality assurance function of their apprenticeship provision. Support the quality assurance function of their regulated staff CPD provision. Support the quality assurance of the regulated functional skills provision. Support the quality assurance of regulated qualifications within their commercial provision. Desktop sampling following the quality sampling strategy providing impactful developmental feedback. Using information gathered, suggest, design and implement CPD sessions for individuals and the wider team. Support the Head of Quality and Lead Quality Assurer with the implementation of standardisation activities across the organisation. Continually drive the quality of education across the organisation. Conduct regular OTLA’s of the delivery and learner support teams, both face to face and remote. Support the Head of Quality and Lead Quality Assurer with preparation for AO EQS/EQA visits, external accreditations etc. Staying abreast of EIF/Ofsted inspection updates and trends. Support and continually promote the requirements of the EIF within their regulated delivery. ROLE REQUIREMENTS Teaching, assessing, and IQA regulated qualifications (essential) Demonstratable experience of working with regulated qualifications (essential) Experience of working within apprenticeships (desirable) A working knowledge of Ofsted inspections within Further Education & Skills (desirable) Experience in using MS Word, and MS Excel (essential) Familiarisation with Microsoft Teams (desirable) Experience in using a Learner Management System (desirable) BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES CORE: Committed to continuous improvement A strong, adaptable, and confident communicator on the phone, virtually, and in-person BENEFITS: Holiday – 25 days + Bank Holidays Pension Scheme Training and qualification opportunities DBS Check Required Paul Feldman is the National Skills Agency Data Protection Officer.
