Location: London (Hybrid with travel)

Our Vacancy: Are you looking to use your housing expertise to shape the next generation of housing professionals? Our client is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Housing Trainer to support learners in developing the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to succeed in their careers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Your typical day could begin with planning and delivering engaging learning sessions for apprentices through classroom, online or workplace-based delivery.
  • You will provide one-to-one coaching, review learner progress, provide feedback and support apprentices to achieve their learning goals.
  • You will also contribute to developing learning resources, preparing learners for End Point Assessment (EPA), and working collaboratively with managers to create meaningful workplace learning opportunities.
  • As a Housing Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Housing apprenticeship programmes, supporting learners to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to succeed in their roles and progress within their careers.
  • Managing a caseload of approximately 40 apprentices, you will provide teaching, coaching, assessment and tailored support to maximise learner engagement, achievement and progression.
  • You will play a key role in improving learner experience, attendance, retention and outcomes.
