Our Client provides work based training in Health & Social Care & Childcare for both Government funded and private learners. They work with a variety of employers, both large and small. These include Care Homes, Pre-Schools, Schools, NHS & Private Hospitals.
Job Description:
They are seeking a Business Administrator to join their small team, fulfilling the administrative function of the company. The Business Administrator is a varied role involving the full range of typical office duties; written & verbal communication, accurate record keeping, liaising with stakeholders, compliance etc. They operate in a virtually paperless environment, so the role involves extensive screen usage.
Day to day duties include:
- Use of MS office - email, word, excel
- Accurate creation & maintenance of learner data using specialised software
- Verbal & written communication with learners, employers and other stakeholders
- Use of various cloud-based applications
Applicants must hold a recognised qualification in maths & English (GCSE grade C, or 5 as a minimum). Good communication skills, attention to detail and an ability to work to a high degree of accuracy are essential for the Business Administrator role. Previous administration experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
Pay scale is based on minimum salary for minimum age 21, younger applicants may apply but salary may differ.
