Ready for a new chapter in your care career? Our client, an award-winning training provider, is looking for an Adult Care Trainer to support and inspire the next generation of care professionals. This is an opportunity to share your expertise with apprentices while enjoying a Monday to Friday role with a blend of home working and workplace visits, offering a great work-life balance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting and guiding apprentices in care homes and online, helping them build their skills and confidence.
  • Tailoring learning plans to meet individual apprentice needs and providing the support they need to succeed.
  • Demonstrating how functional skills, including maths and English, are applied in day-to-day care roles.
  • Building strong relationships with employers and keeping them informed of apprentice progress.
  • Managing administrative tasks efficiently using Google Suite and other digital platforms.
  • A typical week will include approximately three days travelling to care homes within your designated area, with the remainder of your time spent working from home.

What You’ll Need to Bring:

  • Experience as a Care Manager, Registered Manager, or Deputy Care Manager.
  • A Level 5 qualification in Adult Care (or equivalent).
  • Strong organisational skills and confidence using technology.
  • Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) qualifications in English and Maths, or a willingness to work towards them.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your assigned region.
