This is an opportunity to share your expertise with apprentices while enjoying a Monday to Friday role with a blend of home working and workplace visits, offering a great work-life balance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting and guiding apprentices in care homes and online, helping them build their skills and confidence.
- Tailoring learning plans to meet individual apprentice needs and providing the support they need to succeed.
- Demonstrating how functional skills, including maths and English, are applied in day-to-day care roles.
- Building strong relationships with employers and keeping them informed of apprentice progress.
- Managing administrative tasks efficiently using Google Suite and other digital platforms.
- A typical week will include approximately three days travelling to care homes within your designated area, with the remainder of your time spent working from home.
What You’ll Need to Bring:
- Experience as a Care Manager, Registered Manager, or Deputy Care Manager.
- A Level 5 qualification in Adult Care (or equivalent).
- Strong organisational skills and confidence using technology.
- Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) qualifications in English and Maths, or a willingness to work towards them.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your assigned region.
