Job Title: Curriculum Designer
Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week (Monday Friday)
Permanent: 6 month probation
Hybrid Working: 3 days office-based in Worcester
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking Curriculum Designer to shape the future of adult training. The role focuses on designing high-quality, engaging curriculum content with real-world impact. You will collaborate with Service Delivery, Marketing, Account Management, and Curriculum teams to develop apprenticeship and commercial learning programmes aligned with industry needs.
You\βll design dynamic curricula using innovative digital tools and immersive learning technologies, contributing to nationally used programmes that support learner progression and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop curriculum modules for apprenticeships and commercial programmes.
- Create engaging eLearning and face-to-face content that supports timely End-Point Assessment.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to deliver high-quality workshops and learning materials.
- Research and develop industry-leading content using digital and immersive learning tools.
- Ensure compliance with ESFA and Ofsted requirements, including OTJH, Personal Development, and Behaviour standards.
- Produce programme documentation, guides, and learning resources for learners and employers.
- Work with awarding bodies, EPAOs, and external stakeholders as required.
- Maintain high standards, meeting deadlines and administrative requirements.
