Our client, one of the UK’s leading apprenticeship providers, is seeking a passionate Conveyancing Learning Coach to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by guiding learners through their apprenticeship journey and helping them reach their full potential — all from the comfort of your own home.
What You’ll Do
- Support and coach apprentices remotely via Microsoft Teams — no workplace visits required.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 10 learners per day (full-time equivalent: 40–50 learners).
- Deliver engaging coaching sessions and provide constructive, tailored feedback.
- Capture evidence of learning and achievement to ensure compliance with Ofsted and funding requirements.
- Enjoy flexibility to manage your own diary and work across days that suit you.
- Join a supportive team with monthly virtual meetings and two in-person training events per year (summer and Christmas).
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Experience within the conveyancing industry — commercial or residential. (No previous education experience required!)
- A passion for sharing knowledge and supporting others in their professional development.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workload effectively.
- This is a non-teaching role, supporting learners at Level 4 and Level 6.
Desirable
- Coaching or Assessor qualifications (e.g. TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33).
- Knowledge of government-funded training programmes.
