About our Client

Our client is dedicated to partnering with employers to support the development of apprentices across multiple sectors, helping them to build successful careers and make a real impact in the workplace. They pride themselves on delivering interactive training, high-quality assessment, and preparation that equips apprentices with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to achieve their End Point Assessment (EPA) and beyond. They are currently looking for a Continuous Improvement Assessor to join their team.

About You

You will need to be well organised and confident in providing support across different learning styles and environments.

Responsibilities

  • As the Continuous Improvement Assessor you will deliver engaging training sessions to apprentices in line with programme requirements.
  • Assess apprentices' knowledge, skills, and behaviours against apprenticeship standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback and tailored support to help apprentices achieve their goals.
