Overview: As a Commercial Learning and Development Coach, you will manage a caseload across their Children and Young People programmes, delivering high-quality teaching, coaching and assessment. You will drive progress and support the development of knowledge and practical skills in the workplace, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a positive learning experience and successful programme delivery.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of learners, maintaining up to date and accurate records using ePortfolio systems.
  • Plan and deliver high-quality teaching, learning and coaching sessions tailored to Children and Young People programmes, to develop learners' knowledge and practical skills.
  • Adapt support for learners to meet varying barriers to learning.
  • Conduct workplace visits.
