To manage & support a caseload of learners studying apprenticeships in childcare, mainly at levels 2 & 3, but in some cases up to levels 4 & 5. The role involves delivery of all aspects of the apprenticeship, including the knowledge, skills & behaviours related to the occupation, functional skills in maths & English up to level 2 and full support for End Point Assessment.

Delivery of learning will take place across Essex at employers' premises, mainly on a 1:1 basis, however some group teaching may be involved.

It is essential that you already hold a related occupational qualification at level 3, plus maths & English to an equivalent of functional skills level 2.
