The role:
Grow a portfolio of existing accounts by renewing and expanding solutions, and introducing new products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans; monitor account health to ensure satisfaction and growth.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels; act as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to incorporate client feedback and align solutions with client needs.
- Own commercial targets, including renewals and revenue growth.
- Represent the company externally, providing market insights and participating in industry events.
Requirements:
