The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Restart Programme to lead the delivery of their Government-funded Restart contract, supporting unemployed Universal Credit claimants into sustainable employment across the Aylesbury Vale area. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Restart Programme will have overall responsibility for contract performance, ensuring all KPIs, quality standards and contractual requirements are achieved while leading a high-performing team. You will provide strategic leadership, manage operational performance and finances, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement to deliver outstanding outcomes.
