Apprenticeship Quality Assurer

This is a remote-based role with regular travel in London (3–4 days per week) and the option to work from our clients London office if you prefer a hybrid environment.\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\nDrive Quality and Compliance\\n\\n * Champion continuous improvement aligned with the Education Inspection Framework\\n\\n * Use quality assurance tools (e.g. e-portfolios, learner data) to identify gaps and underperformance\\n\\n * Work closely with Area Managers and other departments to ensure delivery consistency\\n\\nMaximise Learning Impact\\n\\n * Design and run upskilling workshops, coaching interventions, and risk-based training sessions\\n\\n * Collaborate with employers during site visits to monitor the quality of apprenticeship delivery\\n\\n * Keep up to date with sector trends and innovation in digital and in-person learning strategies\\n\\nCoach and Develop Vocational Trainers\\n\\n * Deliver face-to-face and remote coaching, mentoring, and teaching support\\n\\n * Identify trainer development needs and build tailored training plans\\n\\n * Support trainers through structured induction, CPD, and qualifications (e.g. TAQA, Learning and Skills Mentor)\\n\\n * Conduct regular teaching observations, giving actionable feedback to improve learner outcomes\\n\\nAbout You:\\n\\n * Experience in hospitality apprenticeship delivery, vocational training, or quality assurance\\n\\n * Minimum Level 3 teaching qualification (e.g.
