Partnerships & Account Manager United Kingdom (Remote) Our client is looking for a people-focused and commercially savvy Partnership & Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a key role within their Partnerships department focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with their customers, which include training providers, colleges and employers. You’ll be someone who enjoys helping others, can juggle multiple priorities with a calm head, and is confident providing guidance on how they work and how EPA fits into the wider apprenticeship journey. From on-boarding new customers to strengthening long-term partnerships, you’ll also play a big part in driving business growth—building a strong pipeline, identifying opportunities, and approaching every interaction with credibility, authenticity, and a people-first mindset, all underpinned by strong commercial awareness. What You’ll Be Doing Provide excellent support to customers, from first contact through to ongoing partnership Deliver engaging on-boarding and training sessions to new customers Host regular check-ins and review meetings with existing partners Help identify and resolve issues early—whether that’s spotting trends or discussing outcomes Work closely with the Head of Partnerships to support growth plans Contribute to new business development by helping to nurture leads and grow accounts Respond to customer queries via email, phone or video call in a timely, friendly and helpful way Keep accurate records, activity logs and dashboards using their CRM Attend industry events and conferences (around twice a year) Support and co-host customer webinars Suggest improvements to how they work and how they support others Keep informed about sector changes, including Ofqual regulations and best practice Other duties as required What They\’re Looking For You’ll need to be: Experienced in apprenticeships or EPA (from a provider, EPAO or similar setting) Confident managing long-term client relationships with a personable and professional approach. Comfortable delivering training and presenting to small groups online Proactive and able to manage your own workload across multiple priorities Curious, solutions-focused and always looking for ways to add value Highly organised with great attention to detail A great communicator—both written and verbal It’d be great if you also have: Knowledge of Ofqual regulation and end-point assessment processes Experience working in an EPAO Confidence contributing to strategic conversations or service improvements Comfortable using platforms like SharePoint, Teams, a CRM platform such as Hubspot/Salesforce or alike.
