This is a part-time, casual role, working predominantly on Sundays from 7am to 6pm, with occasional flexibility required for evening events or to cover annual leave during the working week. The role primarily supports the Pavilion Bisley Manager and also includes front desk duties for our hotel and range reception.

* Support the coordination and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
* Book in range inductees and create range bookings in our newly built, state-of-the-art ISSF 10m Airgun Range.
* Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest areas and event spaces to the highest standard.
* Be the first point of contact for all maintenance requests and capable of passing the information on to the appropriate colleague.
* Handle occasional evening shift for event support.
* Maintain a robust calendar of events and activities occurring within the building and on Bisley Camp.
* Update Word, Excel, Google Sheets and various calendars when needed.
* Additional duties as assigned.
Personnel Specification
* A friendly and approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
* A strong sense of responsibility and pride in delivering high-quality work.

* Flexibility to work every two out of four weekends, occasional weekdays and evenings as required.
* Previous experience in hospitality or events a necessity and preferred.
* Computer literate with fair knowledge of Microsoft applications. Familiar with hotel booking systems, event booking systems, Google Drive and Calendar.
* Must be able to work well under pressure.
* A team player that is willing to help out as and when needs arise.
Schedule
* Day shift with the occasional evening shift to support events.
* Standard shift (3, 6, 8, 10 or 12 hours).
