To support our Operations teams in delivering a world‑class welcome, we are looking for a Duty Manager at NSMM, working 14 hours a week across Sundays and Mondays.
Responsibilities
- As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the Museum, ensuring the health and safety of all public spaces and supporting visitor‑facing teams to deliver a high‑quality experience for all visitors.
- Line‑manage the Visitor Experience team.
- Conduct regular walk‑arounds, engaging with staff and visitors.
- Apply problem‑solving skills and flexible thinking to take control of incidents as they arise.
- Champion our values with visitors and staff, supporting the mission to keep the NSMM welcoming and inclusive.
Qualifications
- Strong problem‑solving and flexible approach, and an ability to develop people and teams.
