Who we are

National Safety Academy is a fast-growing organisation in the training and compliance space, helping raise professional standards through high-quality accredited qualifications delivered across the UK. We’re building a business that moves quickly, cares deeply about quality, and genuinely wants to improve the industries we work in. We’re ambitious about where we’re heading, and we’re looking for someone who’ll thrive in helping to build it with us.

The opportunity

You’ll work directly with the founders across operations, customer experience, projects, compliance, and business growth. Some days you might be improving internal systems, other days launching a new course, solving operational problems, or helping shape entirely new ways of working. We’re looking for someone who enjoys figuring things out, taking ownership, and making things happen. There’s no “perfect background” for this role. We care much more about mindset, initiative, and energy than whether your CV ticks every box.

You’ll probably thrive here if…

  • The idea of building things from scratch excites you
  • You naturally spot opportunities to improve how things work
  • You enjoy both strategy and getting stuck into execution
  • You like autonomy and don’t need constant direction
  • You’re comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments
  • You challenge the status quo instead of accepting “that’s how it’s always been done”
  • You push yourself personally as well as professionally

What you’ll be working on

Customer experience - You’ll help create an exceptional experience for learners and prospective customers - whether that’s resolving issues, improving communication, or building better systems behind the scenes.
