We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Depot Activation Representative to work across multiple Cash & Carry sites. The role is responsible for ensuring supplier product ranges are displayed and promoted in line with contractual agreements, while driving sales through strong in-depot engagement, stock management, and high-quality merchandising. This position includes a car allowance due to travel across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit Cash & Carry depots to ensure supplier displays meet agreed contractual and merchandising standards
  • Build, maintain, and refresh display materials to ensure continuous product visibility and availability
  • Ensure product ranges are positioned in optimal locations within depots to maximise customer exposure and sales opportunities
  • Monitor and check stock levels, reporting shortages and supporting replenishment where required
  • Actively engage with customers, fulfilling sales duties and promoting focused products and ranges
  • Support depot staff and customers with product knowledge, recommendations, and demonstrations
  • Maintain strong working relationships with depot teams and key stakeholders
  • Provide feedback and reporting on display compliance, stock issues, and sales performance

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in field sales, merchandising, or depot/cash & carry environments preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to audit and maintain high display standards
  • Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage workload across multiple sites
  • Ability to work independently while representing the brand professionally
  • Full UK driving licence required
