Main Purpose & Scope Of Job: We are looking to hire someone with a talent for design, a keen eye for detail, and a love of collaboration. As our Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with the creative team and wider marketing department to develop visually compelling creative assets that align with campaign goals and our brand identity. Reporting to the Digital Design Manager, you’ll contribute to visual identity and user experience, shaping the creative vision of marketing campaigns. From concept to delivery, you’ll ensure all creative reflects our confident, respected brand while optimising designs based on performance across platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who’s passionate about in-house branding and creating engaging, high-performing visuals for digital campaigns. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand is represented across paid and organic social, helping us drive awareness, engagement, and conversions through impactful design. Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing team in developing brand strategies and creative concepts.
- Design high-quality, on-brand assets for digital and print use.
- Create internal and external presentations, decks, and marketing materials.
- Assist with website design, including UI layouts, wireframes, and mock-ups.
- Support UX-focused design work to improve usability and user experience.
- Design and produce static and motion-based creatives for paid social, organic social and display campaigns (e.g. Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram).
- Collaborate with marketers and internal teams to align creative strategy with campaign objectives and insights.
- Ensure all creative outputs are on-brand, consistent, and adhere to design and platform best practices.
- Stay up to date with design trends, social platform updates, and performance marketing best practices.
- Capture and edit video content for marketing, social media, events, and internal communications.
- Continuously refine and optimise designs based on data-driven feedback (CTR, conversions, engagement rates).
- Build trust and rapport with colleagues outside of the marketing team as a creative team liaison.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Ability to interpret briefs and translate brand guidelines into engaging designs that capture attention and drive results.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within a performance marketing or digital advertising environment.
- Solid understanding of design principles — typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for multiple digital platforms, understanding specifications and performance nuances.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills — confident working within a fast-paced marketing environment.
Required:
- 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
- A strong portfolio of both digital and print that showcases an in-depth knowledge of typography, layout, and visual design.
- An eye for current trends and aesthetic.
- Animation and motion graphic skills.
- Experience or working knowledge of UX/UI design.
- Video editing skills are preferred but not essential.
- BIG bonus if you are comfortable occasionally jumping in front of the camera for social content or also have photography skills.
